Usaflex, a leading Brazilian franchise in comfortable women’s shoes, opens its first Outlet store

Usaflex, a franchise recognized for its pioneering and leadership in the market of women’s comfortable footwear, has just launched a new franchise format: the Outlet store. This new concept seeks to offer consumers products of quality with attractive discounts, reinforcing the brand’s strategy to expand and provide even more advantages to the public.

Following the launch of the first kiosk in June, the opening of the Outlet is part of a broader strategy of Usaflex to get new consumers and increase revenue for its franchisees. The Outlet format, increasingly popular in Brazil, follows international trends, offering discounts ranging from 20% to 70% on products from past collections and exclusive pieces for this type of store.

In addition to attracting consumers looking for sales, the Outlet presents itself as an excellent opportunity for franchisees, allowing them to sell sales and end-of-stock items of traditional stores. The new model was designed to be more economical in terms of architecture and visual merchandising, facilitating the display of products on sale and reducing operational costs.

The first unit opened at the São Bernardo do Campo Outlet Mall in São Paulo, but Usaflex has ambitious plans to expand this franchise model. Over the next two years, the brand plans to open around 20 Outlet stores throughout Brazil, located both in traditional Outlet shopping centers and in street locations with a strong promotional appeal.

Since the creation of its franchise network in 2016, Usaflex has experienced solid growth, with more than 320 franchises in Brazil and 25 licensed abroad. Founded in 1998 in the city of Igrejinha, in Rio Grande do Sul, the brand also stands out for the production of up to 25 thousand pairs of shoes per day, in four factories located in the state. Over the years, Usaflex has expanded its portfolio of formats, including kiosks and container stores, and expects to end 2024 with a network of 350 units in the country.

With this new bet on the Outlet format, Usaflex hopes not only to increase the profitability of franchisees, but also to further strengthen its presence in the competitive Brazilian women’s footwear market. The brand expects that the model will continue to attract new consumers in search of quality and affordable prices, consolidating Usaflex as a reference in the comfortable footwear segment in Brazil.
