Brazilian delegation will attend the Multi-Unit Franchising Conference 2023 in a trade mission organized by Franchising Brasil

The Multi-Unit Franchising Conference 2023, which is held every year in Las Vegas, will take place from April 25th to 28th. Brazil will be represented in this edition by the brands: Hospital Popular Veterinário, Sobrancelhas Design, Hot n’ Tender and The Waffle King. All the brands participate in Franchising Brasil — the result of a partnership between the Brazilian Trade and Investment Promotion Agency (ApexBrasil) and the Brazilian Franchising Association (ABF) — which is in charge of the trade mission’s organization.

Known as one of the top franchising industry conferences in the United States, the Multi-Unit Franchising Conference gathers thousands of franchisees, franchisors, investors and other industry professionals from around the world to discuss trends, practices and business opportunities. In addition to participating in the event, where they will have the opportunity to present their brands in an exclusive booth, the Brazilian chains attending the trip will also carry out a round of technical visits to local franchises on April 25th.

“Multi-Unit is an amazing opportunity for companies in the franchising sector around the world to meet, discuss and create relationships”, says Bruno Amado, Franchising Brasil’s executive manager. “In the last edition we managed to promote the meeting of one of our participants with a great partner, which resulted in the opening of 70 new franchise units in the United Arab Emirates”, says Bruno, referring to the recently announced news by the HNT franchise.

Besides the excellent deal closed by the chicken franchise, Multi-Unit’s last edition also resulted in 50 new commercial contacts and generated a business expectation of USD 2.35 million for the delegation made up of Brazilian companies. The following brands participated in the event: Açaí Concept, Casa Group, Clean New, Cheirin Bão, HNT, Espaçolaser and Maple Bear. In an interview with Franchising Brasil at the time, Thaís Correia, marketing manager at the Cheirin Bão chain, stated that the event “opened minds towards the internationalization process”.
